Simple Daily Health Tips
At this time of year health and fitness always fall lower down our priority list, we’ll all start again in January eh?! But here are a few Simple daily health tips you can follow each day to have a little more energy, feel a little better and stay a little leaner.
Hardly any effort required!
- Water – drink it, lots of it, 2-4 litres every day 🙂
- Sleep – aim for 8 hours a night, switch off earlier and get a bath if you struggle to fall asleep.
- Green Veg – Eat some with every meal, broccoli, kale, spinach, courgette, etc
- Fruit – make sure you are getting your 5 a day
- Exercise – a short 10 min workout a day can make a huge, huge difference to your mood, energy levels and body. Even walking instead of driving when you can.
Not rocket science, and you aren’t going to lose hundreds of lbs by doing this alone, but a few little daily health tips to make your winter months a little healthier,
